ITEM AVAILABILITY AND CANCELLATIONS
We cannot always guarantee item availability. If there are any issues with your item or delay times we will email you at your nominated email address within 3 business days.
Please read the product profile of all products carefully as items will be subject to the shipping timeframes listed. Please note, despite our best endeavours, we may experience delays and will email you immediately advising of same.
All order transactions will receive an order confirmation email sent to your nominated email address. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your junk email or spam folder or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
SHIPPING POLICY & TIMEFRAMES
All items will be sent via Australia Post and include tracking
Standard Shipping and handling flat rate: $15.00 (for up to a maximum of 2 Mini Mod’s)
For in stock items please allow 7- 10 working days for delivery after dispatch.
If ordering 3 or more Mini Mod’s please email us for a shipping quote, prior to placing your order.
Should you require express shipping please email us at email@example.com
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be send to your nominated email addresses upon dispatch.
We offer international shipping options and request you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a quote for international shipping options available.
Please be advised, you will be responsible for payment of all and any additional fees, duties and taxes levied by the relevant country’s customs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine any relevant charges for import duty or taxes.
HomeDay will make every effort to ensure that your order will be delivered within specified timeframes, both domestic and internationally. However, actual shipping times may vary and will depend upon the shipping agent. HomeDay will not be responsible for late deliveries or any loss or damage relating to the delivery of an order.
Once your order has been dispatched, HomeDay accepts no responsibility for loss/ damage of your parcel or unclaimed packages.
All major Credit Cards are accepted.
All pricing is in Australia dollars (AUD). Prices shown on this website are subject to change without notice at anytime.
Please choose your items carefully as unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or returns.
FAULTY/ DEFECTIVE GOODS
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. In the event you receive an item which you believe is faulty, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. If the item is returned and upon inspection deemed faulty/defective we will happily organise a replacement for you.
Please note, items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be deemed faulty.
We do not however refund postage and shipping costs.
Please allow for slight colour variations of fabrics in our photos as a result of different lighting and your computer screen settings.
